Digital (eBook) Downloads Policy
Digital downloads are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind.
Purchase Confirmation. Please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed the product description, features and system requirements.
Unauthorized Distribution: Unauthorized distribution or sharing of the digital product, including sharing login credentials or downloadable files, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Please respect our copyright and intellectual property rights.
We do not offer discount codes for digital downloads.
By purchasing and downloading the digital product, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy, understanding that the product is non-refundable.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty of Damaged Goods
For major failures with the products, you are entitled to:

a refund; or
-
replacement of the same type of good.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
A major failure could occur where the goods:
have a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it.

are unsafe.

are significantly different from the sample or description.
In the case of major problems, you are entitled to ask for a refund or replacement of the same type of goods. Where you are entitled to, and request a refund, you must return the goods in a packed and secured manner and provide proof of purchase.
Any refund will be for the full amount paid for the goods including any postage costs.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of the products on our website Marabooks cannot provide you with a return and refund for a change of mind on any of the items you purchase.
If your item/s are eligible for a refund, please contact us on sales@marabooks.com.au for further instructions.
Please note: if the product is not faulty or damaged, you (the customer) will be required to pay for the postage of the item back to us. Original postages fees are also nonrefundable unless a fault is present.
