FAQ
We offer the following two options for purchasing books from our website:
Traditional printed books: We sell our books directly to customers. If you would like to buy a traditional printed book, click the "Purchase Options" button next to the hardcover or paperback title you are interested in and purchase that title. The book will be delivered at the provided address within 20 days of purchase.
eBooks: If you would like to buy an electronic book, click the "eBook" button next to the title you are interested in. This will add this selection to your shopping cart, where you can review the contents before purchasing and downloading your chosen title(s) in the electronic format of your choice.

It will take up to 20 days (usually less) for you to receive your order if you buy a paperback/ hard copy of the books. All our estimates are based on business days, as we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery on holidays and weekends.
For eBooks you will be able to download the eBook immediately as soon as payment is complete.
Shipping cost is shown during the purchasing process and depends on where you are located in the world. Please review the shipping cost below before you finalize your purchase to avoid surprises.

Economical Shipping Express - $14.99
All our estimates are based on business days, as we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery on holidays and weekends.
Returning an Item/ Postage Refunds:
If you (the customer) opt to cancel or return an item/s from an order, there will be no refund of postage charges. You will also be required to pay for the item/s postage back to us.
If Marabooks cancels your order, or you (the customer) have opted to cancel due to a fault of Marabooks (i.e. stock unavailability, damage etc.) any additional postage charges will be refunded.
Should your parcel be returned to the sender due to no fault of Marabooks (i.e. you have provided us with incorrect address details, the item was not collected from the post office, etc.) you will be required to re-pay the postage cost.
Problems with Delivery
Marabooks will do their best to ensure the information you have input is accurate. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at its destination if you have not provided correct address details and as much information as possible to assist the couriers when delivering e.g. company name, level, suite etc.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you will need to send Marabooks an email advising the error and requesting a change in details.
If your order has a status of "packed" or "shipped" we will not be able to guarantee any change in shipping details.
Unfortunately, you will be liable for any costs incurred in return to sender parcels if the information you provided was inaccurate.
